Brad D. Arsenault (Blueprint Planning Group Inc.) formed Clark & Arsenault Advisory on 02July2012. On 02July2017 Brad made a decision to leave the joint-venture in order to follow his vision for engaging with and developing client relationships. Brad’s vision is to fundamentally change the way business owners and professionals receive financial planning advice today, and as they are impacted by Critical Financial Events in the future.

Brad began his career as an independent advisor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 1992. He has held the position of Insurance and Estate Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns (Ab and SK), Life Operations Manager (Canada) with Federated Insurance, and Marketing Director –Prairies with Manulife Financial and Canada Life.

Personal Information
Edmonton, Alberta is where Brad and his wifeDarlene call home. Brad has a very active life with 8 year old Olivia and 13 year old Broughan (Brogan). Both girls are active swimmers while Broughan enjoys baseball and Olivia enjoys soccer, and hockey. The youngest also plays piano, while the oldest enjoys scuba diving camp each summer.
Giving back to the community is very important. Currently Brad has accepted a position on the Board of Directors for Kids Up Front (KUF) KUF works with 170 local organizations to create special cultural, arts, and sporting experiences for children less fortunate than ourselves. He isalso a Rotarian, and was a founding member of 100 Men YEG. His previous volunteer positions included Cameron Heights Community League Fundraising Director (for the Playground Development Project), and Make-A-Wish Foundation in Saskatchewan.
Darlene and Brad enjoy cooking and fine wines. Traveling with the girls has become an annual event for both fun and education. In addition to being an avid hockey player and scuba diver, Brad enjoys his time coaching hockey and baseball with the girls. Brad was a 2-time Canadian JR. Football Champion with the Regina Rams and is in the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame as a member of those teams.
As Executive Assistant, Sarah brings 17 years experience to the team. Sarah is a licensed Life and Accident & Sickness Agent and has worked as an independent Insurance Business Solutions Consultant since 2016. Her resume includes 5 years with Scotiabank as a Financial Advisor and over 10 years working directly with Life Insurance Agents in an Office Manager capacity. Sarah specializes in supporting active Life Insurance Agents by assisting clients, communicating with the back-office team and ensuring that client needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.
